Mistakenly thought this was an different make your own pizza place, I think Blaze was what I was looking for, as had it once and... was great. This place tho?I?d call it the Subway of pizza. The dough/crust is pretty much tasteless, the ingredients are justcheap factory food toppings, nothings fresh or Ho made. The presentation & preparation is whatever, high school kid making $12an hour who cares little about finished product. Never heard of this franchise until me and my wife relocated to Florida recently. Decided to give it a try. Definitely was... worth the experience! The staff was extremely helpful in guiding us with building our own pizza. The manager was was very kindand knowledgeable as well. We decided to dine in by the bar. Really enjoyed the environment. I ate here twice this week. The first time, I left a stellar review. Yesterday, I updated it and confirmed it was posted. This... morning, the entire review is gone. My first trip, I was tickled to death with these folks. The manager was front and centerand had a handle on quality control of the food coming out. My food was ready, grabbed and went on my way. Only weird thingwas that I ordered for curbside but they have no curbside area. I asked where I was supposed to be for curbside pickup and theysaid to pull in front of the store... you know, the fire lane. Anyway, didn't take away from the food and the service, it wasgreat. Fast forward two days later, that manager wasn't there. My online ordered I had for a scheduled time wasn't even in theoven yet. The girl said it would take two minutes. Even in that very second, we all know it takes longer than two minutes tocook a pizza - again, it had not even been put in the oven yet. To add, one table was sat in the entire store. Two personalpizzas were in the oven - nothing else. I let her know I scheduled it for a specific pick up time and am on a tight schedule. Is it really going to take two minutes? She insisted it would, I again asked - your saying your going to cook my pizza in twominutes? Told her the reviews about the store consistently report this as an issue, will it be two minutes. She again confirmedI would have my pizza in two minutes. No, it was ten minutes. You have to manage people's expectations. People areunderstanding when they know what to expect. Ma'am, it's going to take about 10 more minutes to make your pizza, very sorry forthe delay but will that be ok? I felt like nobody cared about anything, no sense of urgency - everything is at one speed. Weird. On a high note, I love the pizza. Good pizza, but this is constructive criticism because they do a good job. For us, don?t sell a garlic bread that has 50-60%... cheese and the rest bread. Choose a better way to serve your customers full cheese and full garlic on every piece of bread. Read more

We had the Great White pizza, it was excellent. We also had the butterfinger gelato, it was excellent as well. Lexie was... awesome, she made our pizza. Removing two stars from my original review because they close early. Asked if we wanted it for here or to go then said they are... closing. Then they turned away the next couple that came in almost 10 minutes before closing. NOT COOL. My original 5-starreview follows: Good pizza that can be customized in front of you like Subway sandwiches. Nice fresh ingredients with healthieroptions including whole wheat crust and cauliflower crust. Not the most expensive nor the cheapest. Glad they are here andconvenient! Read more
