Second time Ive been to this location, both same time frame. Went to drive thru for a Frosty at 11:22pm after work. She made me... wait to order for 2-3 mins, there was no customers. Then said "we do not have frosties, we close soon" and scoffed happily. Nothappy with the added attitude along with no frosties 1hr and 30 mins before closing. Food was fresh on a Friday late and fresh on Thursday midday. Because the lighting is so dim you would almost drive right pass... if this was on a major road. Alrhough the staff seem a little young and playful this site is definitely a step up from the onelocated in Nocatee Town Center. Read more
I've visited many Wendy's in the area ans this one by far knocks it out the park each time I visit. The crew is polite, work... well together and communication is very well observed. The crew and management here are superstars.. Read more

I ordered a biggie bag, that comes with a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. When I got my food my... burger had tomato and pickles on it when I asked for there to be no tomatoes.(pickles were not supposed to be included) Therewas no lettuce or mayo on the burger and they gave me two slices of cheese. ???? Went inside to order. After order was put in then I was told that there was no chili. No biggie they offer me a replacement.... Took a single with cheese. That was the good part. Got home my wife?s sandwich was not fully cooked. My daughters was not evenclose to order and my pretzel bun sandwich was unrecognizable. The fries where old and cold. Just plain nasty. It?s shamebecause when this first opened it was on point. I would of rated a five but I always wait to go a second time before I feelcomfortable rating. Five employees standing around talking and not one cooking fresh fries. Highly disappointed on this downwardspiral this Wendy?s is taking. Won?t be back. Read more
