Plenty of people working, but were more interested in looking at girls out the window. No ice for drinks, garbage cans... overflowing, dining area was a mess. Also, burger was cold and fries were well just ok. Manager didn't seem to care much either. Read more
Food Fare Foodie here again..let's get to it. From the entrance to the seating to the food. Bathrooms were usable and clean. The... food was good not over cooked fries were good. Not much more to say about fast food i would go back. Enjoy your meal. Read more
Very nice and clean and new. Everything was automated. You can't just go to the counter and order. You have to use the kiosk!... Which is inconvenient if you're in a hurry, like we were. The staff was SLOW and very nonchalant about getting the food out. Wewon't be back. Read more
I don?t usually eat at Wendy?s but it was close and fast. Little did I know it was super slow and the food was cold when we... finally got it. I returned the fries and my wife returned her burger. Not happy with one of my favorite chains... Was on the way home, ordered meal on app. Had to wait at drive thru to tell them it... is was online order (so their timer didn't start-don't get me going on this topic). Received 3 drinks and 3 bags and away Iwent.. 10 miles later at home.. missing my daughter's salad... Young store mgr was of no help on phone, other than saying I canreturn and pick up.. it's already 9pm, I've been up since 5am. No thanks, he should call uber or grub hub and have it delivered,even suggested it to him and was told they don't.. or do won't.. I will be back to collect what I paid for... Uhm, this has to be the worst Wendy's experience we've ever had! We were on a road trip and decided to pull off for some lunch.... Decided on Wendy's because normally they're a reliable choice for good fast food and service. We walked inside to order food andtake a break from driving. The lobby was ice cold, like colder than outside in late November cold. Like your finger were goingnumb from the cold. ???? Another family and an older couple walked in behind us and we all joked that it seemed like they werekeeping the lobby so cold to dissuade people from eating there. There was no one at the counter just inside to assist with theautomated checkout experience. There's three screens where, like many fast food chains, to presumably save on food costs,they've cut out the "human experience" and now our frustations as customers can be directed towards computers vs. people. Theirordering menu is overcomplicated, impersonal, and frankly a real pain. We had to start over three times to order a spicy chickennugget meal for one of our kids because when you select the "chicken option" it doesn't let you turn it into a combo meal. There's a separate selection for combo meals, but it only shows regular chicken nuggets. However, once you select the regularchicken nugget combo meal, you can then change to the spicy nugget selection. It was a whole thing...I digress. After weordered (finally) a staff member walked through the front door, walked behind the checkout counter and I believe may haveclocked in. We jokingly said we wished he was there 5 minutes before as we all struggled to oder our meals. He just looked at usand walked off. No acknowledgment and seemed annoyed. When our food came out the fries were soggy. They directed us to get ourdrink cups from "over there" and pointed towards an "all in one ice and soda machine". Just a few minor issues...there were nocups because they hadn't been restocked, the machine had no ice, and several of the soda options were out. Read more
