Its a shame because I love tropical smoothie, however we waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes!!! And worse there?s no... way to exit the line once you?re in it. The reason for such a low rating is because this is not the first time this hashappened. On top of it, my smoothie was very watery as if it had plenty of time to melt and no longer hold the consistency of asmoothie. I ordered a quesadilla and it was mostly tortilla. Not very happy. Very nice kids and very overwhelmed on Aug 11, 2022. Floors dirty, counters messy, lots of health code violations. There should... be someone with a serve safe food manager certificate during a shift. I don?t think there was anyone present that day. I wasgoing to share pics but that is excessive. I know they are working hard. The GM should work on Sundays! He/she should be rightin the trenches with the team. My muscle blaster took 15 min. I didn?t have anything to drink with my buffalo wrap. I?d give this place zero stars if I could. I?ve tried time after time to give it a chance, but how the heck do you mess up a... smoothie?!? It?s literally putting fruit and ice in a blender and pushing a button!
