I'm not sure exactly what was happening inside this location, however, the drive through was completely at a standstill. There... were no lights in the parking lot (it was very dark) there were only 3 cars in the drive through line and our order took a verylong time. This location may have been short staffed. Drive thru: I was ordering and couldn't hear the person taking the order (the manager), I told her she could go to the window... because I couldn't hear her and she started yelling the order at me. Once I got to the window I asked for the manager, shehardly let me talk and she justified herself by saying that she can't control the weather, which was like that because of thestorm a few days ago. I only recommended to her that they fix the volume because yelling at customers didn't sound professional.Dear manager, with all my heart and in good faith I tell you that with the attitude that you spoke to me and in front of youremployees, you are not a leader to follow. Listen when a client speaks to you, that is education and do not justify yourselfwith the fact that you are a person who speaks so loudly. Take care of your work as if it were your home. Don?t let this location fool you. It's understaffed with only 4 people working during the lunch hour. One makes the food for... both the front and drive through while two work the window and one at the front counter. I was told at the front counter shecan?t take my order yet because the person making the food needed to get cot up. I?m like you got to be kidding me I was alreadywaiting 10 minutes and then I get told I have to wait longer. I?m sorry this place is 100% trash. Go to Wendy's or McDonald?sinstead of this place. Save yourself the trouble. It is best if BK just shut down this store. It?s worthless and gives the worldgolf village a bad taste. Read more
