Usually love A & W , but not tonite. 30 minutes for 2 burgers and fries. Totally disorganized crew blaming each other for the... slow service. The food was also sub-par and cold by the time we got it. It may be the result of lack of people to hire aftercovid. A & W head office contacted me and will follow up on my review. Because of their customer service I will upgrade myreview from 1 to 3 star. Read more

Came to town to visit and twice now went to A&W before heading back home. Both times food was hot and fresh, and staff were... friendly. Dining out with food allergies is always interesting, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our food wasprepared exactly as ordered. From extra sanitizing surfaces between orders, to double checking that nothing had been in crosscontact, they made our experience as safe and enjoyable as possible. Read more
Worst A&W I visited so far. The one who served me in the drive thru is a student. He told me to wait for my order and pin point... me where to park and wait. After 20 mins of waiting the other guy came in and told ne I should not park there and point me foranother parking spot to wait. I said and told them, the kid point me where to park and don't blame me for that. I am just firsttime to visit this store I am not from this place. Very rude staff!!! Read more

The best root beer ever and then in a frosty mug out of this world. The teen burger is awesome. It?s a great place for a... reasonable priced menu that offers burgers, fries, breakfast, and pop. But if you come to here what other drink are you goingto get other than the root beer, maybe not in the morning but why not. They are at the forefront of being environmentallyconscious so thats great. Been coming to A&W for years and will continue to come here again Read more
