Great experience, Austin made the best sandwiches, he was very friendly and show great customer service. This subway is located... in the quiet town of Ponder, TX. I recommend stopping by, especially if you're riding your motorcycle and looking for place tograb a quick bite and stretch your legs. Read more
Don't order online and expect to get what you ordered. For the second time this week I've ordered two sandwiches from here and... not gotten what I asked for. All four sandwiches had bacon on the online order. Haven't gotten bacon on one. That $1.50 * 4that I've paid for and not gotten. I'll not be back. Read more
Ordered online like it said to. The app was horrible not at all user friendly. Finally got our sandwiches ordered. Went to pick... them up and got the wrong ones. Got the right order and got it home and the sandwiches were absolutely nasty. I wanted lettuce,tomatoes, onions and cucumbers and green peppers. Did not get the option for cheese. I had a piece of a tomato and maybe 3slivers if lettuce even though I asked for 2X the normal lettuce. Will not be going back there again. It was just awful and atotal waste of money. Upon entering the store the two employees working did not great us as. They were not wearing any face masks. This is the only... place that I have gone to that they staff was no complying with wearing face masks while working with food or around patrons.The initial person starting our sandwich thought is was professional to wear an ear bud while working. With wearing the ear bud(more than likely listening to something) we had to keep repeating our order. The male also flatten the bread though out thewhole sandwich making process and the sandwich was put together sloppy. Will go back to this Subway: 1: because it is close tomy home and 2: I know that this is a clean store. But the staff is needing education on what is professional while working. Read more
Went in for supper. One young lady was behind the counter. She looked up at me but did not say a word. No problem, she was... fixing a sandwich for a call in order. She put the sandwich in the toaster and now I think she will ask me what I would like.WRONG! She turned her back and said nothing. She never said one word. I waited a couple more minutes in dead silence and then Ileft. I would gladly have waited had she just said "be right with you". She just seemed "put out" that was there. Read more

Clean! Polite, friendly, courteous staff! Ingredients were fresh and the work stock area was clean and orderly. Nice little... location off of Bailey in Ponder, just up the road from the school and athletics field. Would give 4.5 stars, if I was able -just because they had only one selection for wrap, white. I would prefer the tomato or spinach. Other than that, it was a goodexperience and my wrap was large enough to bring half home! Read more
