Very nice place and workers. They made my two hot chocolates really fast.
Good drinks, took over 30 minutes n the drive thru. Arrived at 1:20, it's 1:50 & I'm still waiting....

Really bad customer service, I asked for a refund due to the fact that the customer service was not up to standard...then the... batista starts arguing with me blaming me for everything being very disrespectful..She said that she was not trained to giverefunds back so I informed them that I was not leaving unless I get my money back I was not going to purchase their serviceanymore due to their negative approach towards their customer...After the batista was more condescending I just decided to leavewithout my refund as she was not going to do anything to give me a refund...I asked to speak to her manager but how conveniencethat her manager was not around I asked for manager to call me trough homeland management and I hope I get a call back so theycan address this situation or I will call corporate to let them know how disrespectful some batista are towards their customersand how I asked for my money back and they could not even do that ... I normally have pretty decent service here. I'm there several times a week and I realize they are always slammed. But, when you... don't communicate with the cashier... I was accused of being rude. When asked how I was rude the barista said, WHATEVER.Everyone in the store heard. I've never been treated like that as a customer, anywhere. I told her I have a kid water with mydrink. She said I would have to have a ticket for the water. She was prepared to send me to the end of the slammed line, over akid water. She made a scene, I'd I cared it would have been embarrassing. It is located inside of Food Pyramid, and there are no places to sit and drink your coffee or eat, so basically it's all to go.... The employees are always nice. They have a small amount of merchandise to buy. You can't get any of the promotions such asbirthday drinks at this location because it is inside of a store. I really only have one thing that I don't like about this StarBucks. They don't put enough flavor in my drinks half the time. My grand daughter got a strawberry frappuccino a couple of daysago that tasted like a diluted strawberry milk. It was so bad she didn't drink it. That pretty much ruined her special StarBucks time. We had already left and didn't have time to go back and add flavor. ???? Read more
