Unfortunately I think they?re very understaffed, so service was terrible for not even being that busy. Food was okay.
The Hut does the best Detroit Style Pizza of any chain restaurant. I absolutely love it. We held a baby shower here, the... restaurant has an event room that is large yet yields privacy for groups. The "manager" Taylor at this location is total trash. Disrespectful trash. This is my last time to order from this place. I'm... usually not someone to lose my cool but this "manager" hung up the phone on me because not only did he not know how to do hisjob but neither did his employees. Got the Detroit Style Pepperoni and I?ve had it before from other Pizza Huts, this one barely had any pepperoni on it. Very... disappointed, last time I ordered from this location I got very few toppings on a Supreme. I?ll never order from this locationagain. Read more
Square a team that can cook pizza. I got the new Chicago style double pepperoni pizza and it looked nothing like the TV showed... and it tasted undercooked and was not put together well at all. This is what mine vs the TV showed. Where is the extrapepperoni? I had put both types of pepperoni on this order. This should of been covered with pepperoni. Read more
I think they may need to change the way their computer prints the tickets. I always ask for extra sauce on my pizza, and about... 20% of the time I get extra sauce, the rest of the time they put almost no sauce. Seeing as how statistically they get itexactly backwards, I'm guessing the tickets have to be confusing and they mistake it for a "lite sauce", that or it's a spitefulact.
