The menu above the resisters is viewer friendly. The employees were friendly and helpful. The prices were normal and not... overpriced. We had a short wait period for our ordering service and to receive our food. The food was hot and good. We didn'tget dessert, but I will definitely visit again and enjoy that ice cream. Typical Freddy's. Tasty steak burgers, fries and frozen custard. Great place. The reason for my review was the wonderful polite... friendly professional order taker lady at the drive through window. She was the best at her job we've ever seen. I didn't gether name and she claimed she was having an off day but we thought she was top notch. First time I ever tried Freddys was in Ponca city Oklahoma and was really happy with the food. Great burger and fries so will go... back. The only drawback was of the all the booths and tables not one of them was clean or wiped down and there were lots ofemployees standing around in the kitchen having a good time and there were only a couple of customers in the store. Thegentleman who took our order was great and seemed to be the only one doing his job and our food was ready and hot very fast sooverall it was a good meal and experience. Read more
