Two people cannot run this place if it's busy. This is a huge chain, and it clearly has low overhead, as far as restaurants are... concerned at least. I suspect you either need to up your wages to get more help, or you need to just staff properly. Read more
My issue wasn?t with the food. I?ve had their quesadillas and smoothie before. My issue is with the delivery service. The app... barely works and sends like 34 notifications to your phone for no reason. I know I can turn it off (and I believe I put thesetting as no notifications) but still received a ton. And their delivery drivers I swear are lazy or don?t want to do theirjob. They should work for a lesser restaurant if they?re going to be like this for a fairly new establishment. They should firethe delivery drivers and get new dedicated ones. You (as a potential customer) are honestly better off getting the food anddrinks in house. Larry was kind on the phone and helpful, and again the food is good. But unless Larry fires those incompetentdelivery drivers, I can?t find myself ordering delivery from them, again (disclaimer: I can?t drive either, so I can?t go therein person). Try their smoothies. I heard you opened up (yesterday) and had to stop in. Got some flatbread sandwiches and smoothies. First of all, everything... tasted very good. The portions and prices are great. After speaking with the owner outside I learned everything can becustomized- even the sweetness of the smoothies (although I wouldn?t change a thing!) Staff was also friendly and competent-even for it being their first day and the fact it was extremely busy. Everything was so good that my son begged for us to pickhim up a chipotle chicken flatbread and watermelon smoothie again today! Foods all come with sides too (chips, apple, banana,kale salad?maybe more options I?m forgetting). Oh and the rewards app is great too- can order ahead if needed and points getyou free items quickly! I really liked it. Only $20 for two meals and two shakes. They have sides that come with meals which I thought was cool. I got... the avocado grilled cheese with bacon which I thought was going to be trash because it was ready within 2 minutes but it wasactually fresh and really good. Really refreshing and the drinks are 25 oz which is well worth the price in my opinion. Eatinghealthy for the right price. People might argue that the prices are expensive but I mean cmon it?s cheaper than Starbucks andthey have no problem buying that everyday while they gain 1500 calories in a single drink. Read more
