Terribly slow and disorganized. I know they?ve only been open a few weeks, but 20 min wait to get a 5 piece tender combo when... the store was virtually empty is unacceptable. The manager better get this operation running more fluid and organized or thislocation will not last. I ordered with doordash one other time and 2 parts of my meal were not there. Read more
It is amazing that some people give a new opening one star reviews without understanding that service businesses need a learning... curve in the beginning. Have some morality people and give them a chance. My experience and I would say most of the customersaround me was great. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Food was fresh and well made. With so many businesses shutting downthese days you need to have some sympathy and support existing and new businesses taking a chance during trying times like this. Read more
I went inside to place my order. Place is nice and clean and atmosphere is welcoming. I hope this new location stays this way!... Tons of staff working the counter and they even have someone assisting with the soda machine. I ordered one of the signaturecombos and have no complaints. Chicken was hot and juicy. It came with a small fountain drink, but I asked if I could have thefresh lemonade at the counter. The cashier began to tell me that it?s an extra charge?which was totally fine with me?but amanager stepped in right away and filled my cup anyway. He said it?s normally 70 cents extra. The delicious taste of the classic chicken sandwich made up for the long wait at drive thru. I was the only person in the drive... thru line and only ordered that one sandwich.
