Hidden gem in the 954 wow. In the publix shopping corner. From the waiter to the bartender to even meeting the chef. Asked... him for some salmon cravings & he exceeded my espectations. This place was my favorite sushi place I have ever been to and I ordered a volcano roll and spicy edamame today and was... extremely disappointed. The flavor and texture that I am use to receiving from this place was not there today. Also the meatinside of the volcano roll was extremely chewy as if it’s not fresh or super over cooked and there was barely any flavorbesides a bunch of spicy mayo on top. To my disappointment I have found out that they changed managers maybe even owners and theambiance inside was not as welcoming like it was before.
