This place is awful Out of eggs for breakfast and no French toast They didn't tell anyone so I ended up waiting almost 30... minutes while they made 2 breakfast baconators .then when I got my sandwiches the sausage was cold and burnt and there were only2 stripes of bacon on each Ridiculous..never go to this Wendy's . Waited 14 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me ordered a Dave's single and small coke they completely missed this up. ... Instead of the cashier talking on the phone she would have gotten it right . And the other window thought it was cool to flirtwith the guy in front of me . we Had a group of 4 adults and 4 children that just got off a long flight out of Miami and decided to stop here to eat. We... placed a fairly large order at the kiosk and then 10 minutes later we were called to the counter to be told that they wereclosing and that they would not give us our order. The children were upset; as were we. my Husband waited for a $90 refund inwhich took another 10 minutes and still nothing!!! my Husband told them he would just decline the charge at this point becausethey were taking too long! They weren?t even busy!! I absolutely got upset and told them how unacceptable it was to take anorder, charge us, and then decline as my children were hoping for their food!!! Absolutely the worst Wendy?s I have ever stopped at. The staff was very rude to us and any customer around. When approached... about the food being cold when getting it we were told we have to buy more if we don?t like it. The burgers were thrown togetherand poorly wrapped. We personally witnessed an employee for the establishment smoking a cigarette in uniform with their apronstill on. The drinks were nasty. The fries looked burned. We just want others to know how bad this place really is. Read more
