I live in lighthouse point, my third time here. It?s all the same. Monday night , three cars on drive through . Had Uber eats... order, was inside for 25 min, meaning the order was placed even earlier cause it took me 7 min to get there. So after 33 min Ihad to cancel cause order wasn?t even ready . Very sad. Lets cover the basics first. Typically all Wendy's, from a food standard, are effectively the same. This location was no... different. It was exactly what I expended which is a good thing. So now it comes to service. It was AMAZING. I went in duringthe peak of lunch hour and they were slammed. What made this trip different was the staff. They all kept up the pace and fromwhat I could see, they were consistently good with no sign of stress and just seemed content. The breakout star though wasAudrey.se never made a customer feel hurried. Just a great attitude and a work ethic I havent seen in a long time. Her level ofrecall was outstanding. It was very dirty. The tables, chairs, floors, and area by soda machine was so filthy Food was old. Plus the had NO dipping... sauces for my nuggets. But the cashier was nice! Read more
This place is an absolute joke, you definitely will not get your money?s worth here. Fries were soft and sad and the container... was like only halfway filled. Chicken sandwich also far from crispy and carelessly made. At $11+ for a meal you would expectbetter. I personally will never return to this place ever again even though its on my way everyday and recommend you spend yourmoney somewhere more worthy as well. Read more
Poor service at this location. Went inside to get food and ignored by the female worker. Saw me, did not acknowledge me and... intead turned around and started moving a box of condiments under the counter. Walked out and won't be back. They need to makea minimum of effort and acknowledge the customers. They have jobs because we buy the food. Lousy customer service!!!! Read more
This place is horrible! All young kids working there and interested in just messing around with other kids who visit. I was... there for 25 min waiting to get my order placed and to get my food which was only 2 5/5 bags. While waiting the girl knockedover my full size drink ( yes a accident). All over my shoes , my dress and my legs. Not even a offer for napkins or evenanother cup. Then I asked for the managers name and they said they don?t know it? Very unprofessional! Stuck in drive through for over 40 minutes now with two cars still ahead to get their food this SUCKS. This is not fast food... this is annoying, I would have gotten real food if I had 45 minutes to spare right now. This is literally the most painful thingI have ever watched it took this girl 5 minutes and we don?t even have the drinks. Wendy?s help this store!!!!!!!!!! Sendreinforcements asap!
