They turn the oven off 45 minutes early, before closing, so I couldn?t get my sub toasted. They were talking to each other the... whole time and being pretty rude to me. They also turned the lights off on me while k was eating 15 minutes before the 10:00 PMclose. Horrible, staff should be retrained or replaced. Read more

The person making my sandwich interrupted me to ask me what bread I wanted WHILE I was telling it to him lol. Me: "Can I have a... footlong meatball on Ital....." Him: "What bread?" Me:"............herb and cheese, please". I ordered a combo, so the cashier,asked me what flavor I'd like to drink. I peek over, and the machine looked like one of those new fancy fountain machines thatadd flavors, but it didn't have anything saying that, so I asked "Does that machine add flavors?" She responded Condescendingly"They all have flavors. What do you want?" I said "Ok. Coke with Lime, please.", and she turns around to fill the drink, butfinds out that there's no option for lime flavoring. She mutters to herself "Lemon it is", and gives me Coke with lemon insteadthinking I didn't just see and hear what happened. She hands me the drink and tells me the total for my food, which was$12.42. I put my card in the reader and she just walks away from the register. No "thank you", no "have a nice day", and didn'teven give me the receipt. Not only do I feel disrespected, but I also feel like I was over charged. Long lines, but I beat the rush by ordering online and picking up in the store, still I had to wait 5-10 minutes because the... staff was so overwhelmed. The food was good like always, and I plan on returning earlier next time when it's less busy. Read more

The place was clean. The server was such a nice lady and we spoke for a bit since their was no line and late night. Everything... was fresh and on point with flavoring. There's also a pizza hut attached to this facility. Good job Subway!! Read more

Really bad customer service, as I was arriving to the restaurant with a shopping cart the female employee blue hair abruptly... yell at me to leave the cart at the door. Then I started my order and rudely asked me what kind of bread I wanted, so I askedher if she is having a bad day. Then told the other employee who was sweeping to take me and walk away. What kind of service isthis? Owner or corporate needs to do something about training these employees or hire good people. The supervisor told me she would give me 2 drinks for messing my order up. Then proceeded to to charge me. After I asked her why... I was getting charged she told me everyone makes mistakes but that doesn't mean we get free stuff. Unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I would avoid this place at all cost. Terrible customer service! The workers passed me several times and did not acknowledge me. I ordered a steak sandwich and did... not want it toasted and the employee put the cold steak on the bread as i tried to explain to her several times the steak isnormally heated separately ,she completely disregarded what I was saying. As the other employee rolled her eyes when I asked fornew bread she proceeded to yell across the rm to her supervisor about the bread being made fresh daily I felt very insulted Andwalked away and left all three sandwiches there. Their customer service is horrendous. I refuse to spend my money there. Theyneed better training. Read more
