After staying at a nearby hotel for several days, we decided to give this establishment a try. It looks like a dive bar, but... they advertise delicious food. A woman named Cindy served us on a Saturday morning in July - yesterday, in fact - andunfortunately it took an hour and fifty minutes to receive our undercooked pancakes and overcooked corned beef hash. I thoughtafter such a long wait at least the food would be good! I called the restaurant and spoke to the same server who helped us, andshe told me if I was looking for a refund due to the overall bad experience, to please call back the next day and speak to theowner. I did just that, and I reached Cindy again, who was more annoyed this time, and told me the owner would likely not callme back, and would let likely not refund me. I explained to her that I was looking to communicate with the owner off the record,as I do not like to leave negative reviews. This did not phase her one bit, she got more snippy. These are definitely not thecustomer service skills I'm sure she was hired for. [Edit: LOL, yes, they were.] I was avoiding leaving this review, but youneed to know that if you want to come here for breakfast, set out over 2 hours of your time and prepared to pay double price forwhat the food is worth. Not something anybody wants to do when they are 150 yards from the beach. Edit: I called today andspoke to the owner. In a very grumpy voice he interrupted me rudely and told me I was basically an idiot for waiting so long, hetold me that he would have gotten up an hour into the wait, and that I should not have eaten or paid for my food instead ofquietly waiting, paying for it and then asking for a refund later. The problem is the food was Terrible on top of the wait,which we only found out after we finally got it. Also I have certain rules that I operate by in society, and sticking throughordering food from a server and then paying for the meal are two of those rules I try to follow. Fool me once, Read more

Cindy was our server. She was great but could have used some help. There were not enough severs for amount of diners. The food... was great! I definitely recommend the burger and my husband said the pizza was fantastic! I was sharing the burger and they cutit in half for us. My aunt had the salmon and she said it was really good. Their brochure advertisement says half price Tuesday?..no mention of cheese only until you sit down and get the surprise! Very... deceiving just be honest horrible customer service the waitress was on speed or something buzzing around but no time for thecustomer? Took over an hour before I just said can we just pay for the drinks and leave ? I pointed out to everyone waiting fortheir order but nobody had food?
