DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I placed an order that was priced at $63.82 for 2 half slab of ribs. The Uber driver arrived... at the location and called me to let me know that they did not have any ribs what so ever. I had then cancelled the order and,obviously, expected a refund or reversal of the payment. Neither has happened. I've called them back to back and no one willanswer the phone. Now, I have to call my bank to cancel out the transaction. Save your money and go elsewhere!! :( Read more
Jonathan is a super star (I really hope I got his name right, and I really hope managers see this). I walked in an its very... clear he's holding down the front. He went above and beyond, going as far as grabbing the sauce from the back - after anotherworker said all the sauce they have is at the front. There were two other customers next to me that recognize Jonathan iskeeping it together. I'm putting 5 stars- for Jonathan. Read more
I've had their chicken salad lately and avocado is brown the corn and beans tasted old some of the lettuce was wilted. It wasn't... a good experience for me but I've been going there for years and I like their chicken and I like their curry sauce. They justneed to make a much fresher salad. Read more

What has happened to service? Everywhere you go is the same thing a bunch of incompetent people forcing themselves to do the... tasks that they need to do before they go home. I can't even call it working. Walking nobody greets you you just stand therenext to everybody else that's standing there waiting for their order to be done. Well frustration grows it is only fueled by thelack of energy you see in the employees.. After spending 20 minutes there I left my order still wasn't even started on. I got to the restaurant at 8:30pm the line was long but I never mind because I like there food .. and it?s healthy every time I... come they never have any chicken quesadilla wrap.. and it too early for them to run out. The cooks are very hard workers. The people bagging the orders don't pay attention to detail, part of my order was missing from... my Family Duo meal, like the last three times. The large drink that I ordered was mostly ice and partially full, of soda.Several advertised food items that I asked for were not available and the desserts that I did get (3 chocolate chip cookies)were all stale and hard, with the packages greasy looking. The chicken was dry and the rice seemed undercooked. After, we satdown with our food, I had to get up and spend an additional 10 minutes begging for the rest of our order (sweet plantains,rolls, chimichurri sauces), utensils, napkins, plates, my drink & a straw.
