They do not service inside customers until they get a handle of the drive thru. We waited 20 minutia before they even looked at... our order. Extremely to may vagrants inside, now I understand why the drive thru line is so long. I don't care if they sit anloiter but when they address my children and I it is a problem. Also someone who was terminated was turning in their uniform,that was a whole scene for tik tok that I was too in shock viewing to pick up my phone to record. The fries were not crispyhot, only reason why I even go to McDonald's. The fact that we stood there and waited so long I thought a new batch of frieswould be automatically fried for us. Read more

I was there today at 9:50 am. there were only one customer on front of me, but it took about 20 min for them to take my order. I... ordered my meal and coffee with cream on the side, after another 20 min. they gave my order, but when I got to the table Irealized that she didn't give me my coffee, I had to go back to the counter and wait again for someone to give me the coffee,when I asked for the cream for it, she told me that it was in the freezer, after 5 min. she came back and told me that theydidn't have more cream. My experience at the McDonald?s was extremely unprofessional I am very disappointed with the way the manager ms Jannet treated... me. (1490 nw 31st ave pompano beach fl, 33069)I ordered a Mc chicken small and a small sprite at 520 pm fresh from the greaseand stated that I would wait. I stood away and watch to see if any one would drop fresh mc chicken and nobody did . I advise msjennet of the incident and she told me that they did. I told her that it was not true because I stood there and watch no one doso. She became upset and told me that I can take the old mc chicken and that she is not dropping and fresh. I kept telling herif it?s not fresh I do not want it. She continued to be up set and told me it is what it is. I ask her how profession was thatand requested my money back. You don?t treat people like that . I would never go bk there and it should be very much of anembarrassment for the company. The food! For the money I've had better but the customer service was great. The atmosphere was okay I don't know about you but... when I went it was pretty empty for the time of day I went and maybe because I went in the middle of the week so it was hard togive a good ratings.
