They do not service inside customers until they get a handle of the drive thru. We waited 20 minutia before they even looked at... our order. Extremely to may vagrants inside, now I understand why the drive thru line is so long. I don't care if they sit anloiter but when they address my children and I it is a problem. Also someone who was terminated was turning in their uniform,that was a whole scene for tik tok that I was too in shock viewing to pick up my phone to record. The food! For the money I've had better but the customer service was great. The atmosphere was okay I don't know about you but... when I went it was pretty empty for the time of day I went and maybe because I went in the middle of the week so it was hard togive a good ratings.
