Jayden was extremely Helpful He greeted me kindly at the door and completed my To go order in the most professional way not to... mention answering questions I had regarding the different omelets You offer. He was great at multitasking and helping my visitbe a five star experience. The cook ????????? Long wait for food that 2 items had to replaced because it was not what was ordered. After long wait to be told no broccoli.... Sugar dispenser had none so we took from another table. Cuterly was filthy. Poor customer service. I am done with IHOP. Read more

The food was horrible, the pancakes was not good and should've been cook longer. The eggs were not done and we ask for them to... be scramble. The waiter was great. I didn't appreciate the manager asking us was we related cause we was all black and sittingin the same area (the same server was serving us all) and we all was complaining about the same thing. The cook was arguing with the server it was such an awkward atmosphere. Not to mention it took 20 minutes for my chicken and... waffles to come out because "to go orders are priority" not those who are dining in, which I was. My chicken was overcooked theywere hard and so was my waffles. I only recommend coming here if there is nowhere else in the city to go. Read more
