One of my worst customer experiences in all Dunkin?s. - Rude staff - Dirty venue
Just pulled up to this Dunkin? and wanted to order chocolate coolata. They had already closed the inside of the store at 630p... and when I went to the drive thru they said they shut everything down and only have coffee. The way things are done here reallysucks. So don?t try going to this location if you getting off work and want to get something other than coffee. The evening crewtoday on 8/19, those two ladies close early basically. Tortilla of wake up wrap was wet and soggy like microwaved, not toasted. Should have been melty and crispy. At least that's how... I make them and customers like them at my Dunkin. The coffee was great. I recommend the butter pecan latte. I ate and drankcoffee after Church and asked politely for a refill of my water bottle since it was hot outside. One sweet little lady said "onemoment please" so I waited a moment and then a few seconds later another lady said with an angry voice and bad attitude,"That'll be a dollar." I said, "Are you serious?" and she just stared at me and I left. There were like 7 people back there andnone of them corrected her error. Never in all my time in Florida have I been denied tap water in my thermos. At least thecoffee was good and it wasn't a big deal because I could just get water from Publix next door but still, that was incrediblyrude, ignorant, and downright unkind. They probably keep adding water into the coffe machine with same coffe in the filter, because it tastes like milk water. Which... means they must be taking the coffee for personal use, skipping brewing loads for business. Read more
Breakfast is supposed to be enjoyable but now when it comes to this Dunkin' donut restaurant located on 949 East McNab road... Pompano Beach Florida 33060 store number 35227. From the disgusting food to the horrible customer service I had one of the worstexperiences ever visiting a Dunkin' donuts in my. My hash browns were burnt my breakfast sandwich was disgusting and now I don'tneed that the customer service at this restaurant is HORRIBLE THE WAY THEY SPEAK to you you would think that you owe themsomething and that you did something wrong because of their lack of performance. All you have to do is heat up food most of thisfood is not even freshly prepared and for them to get it wrong it's mind-blowing. Not only did I want my refund complete refundback but there was no manager in the store to do that for me and I was told to return to get a refund at 6:30 in the morningmind you people have lives and they have to go to work what if I could not come back to get this refund then what???????? Whatif I was picking up breakfast on my way through a long commute then what to not be properly staffed is a no bueno Chick-fil-A orStarbucks would have never done such a thing and I would have never experienced such horrible customer service and the foodwould have never been this disgusting. We have to do better when it comes to serving breakfast to people because that is themost important part of the day and if you can barely get it right maybe this is not for you Dunkin donuts. Absolute worst Dunkin I?ve ever been through, they?re unbelievably slow with an average of over 6+ minutes per customer wait... time. Also the people taking the order literally ask you 15 times to repeat your order (of 1 latte and a bagel). No one ispaying attention, no one cares, they?re too busy goofing around and the customer comes second to their nonsense. I never commentreviews on businesses but this place is out of control.
