This place is trash !!!!! To say the least honey first and for most of you don?t like the job than leave it and find you a new... one. I couldn?t even finish my order before she rushed to tell me the total for a sandwich two orders of hash browns n a frozencoffee took 15 mins. Got my watered down drink when I paid wait 15 for a burnt sandwich and some stale hash brown and to top itoff a rude a** attitude last time I?ll be going to this place. Closest coffee to me, come when i have to ???? Bad employees ???? messed up my bagel with butter the last 2 weeks. The first... time there was barely any butter, the second time it was drowning in butter in the bag and made the bagel soggy. Went today at2/14/21 11:49am for an iced latte and food. The lady refused to make food so i just got the latte and she gave me an icedcoffee, but charged me for the latte. Horrible customer service and food lately!!! Read more
I honestly wish I could give this place a zero star review. Every since they got rid of the other manager that was here this... place is going down hill. I came to this location every morning to get my food but as of today no more. There's now a managerthat has no idea what he's doing staff that don't know anything either blame that on management. It took me 30 mins to get mydrink when there was only 2 people in front of me in line and one person waiting for food. This is ridiculous. Never againcoming here.. Read more
There is something wrong with quality control at this location. Every time my coworkers or myself have gone here... we all felt... as though there was a detergent or soap left in what ever cooking equipment they use. The drinks always have this distinctchemical taste that is specific to this location... If you go to the Dunkin 2 miles away on Atlantic... it's a night & daydifferent. I recommend staying away from this location until they get things sorted out. Read more
My fiancee orders from here every Saturday for her entire team - usually multiple drinks and food items. Sometimes I go pick... them up for her because I have the car. Every time I pick up, I get a call from the fiancee that there's something missing.Every time, I go back to pick it up. Never complain, just pick up what was missing. Today, when we had 4 different items missingfrom the order, the woman I'm assuming is a shift manager told me that there's always a problem when I pick up, and that theydouble check the bags. She started arguing with me about the missing items, and accusing me of taking them and not deliveringthem to my fiancee's office. Meanwhile, my fiancee has had the same problem multiple times but usually can't waste time drivingback to pick up the items. I told her that if there was such an issue with our orders every time, maybe we don't need to comeback here anymore. She then proceeded to tell me it wasn't the office ordering, it was ME. I'll be contacting corporate whenthey open on Monday. In the meantime, beware and double check your order before you leave because apparently they don't. Read more
Ordered 3 wake up wraps and 2 orders of hash browns? only got my wake up wraps. Ended up being in a rush bc of their slow... service, so didn?t think to check. It wasn?t even busy, 3 cars in drive thru, I was the only one in the lobby. Won?t bereturning, plenty of other (better) locations I?ve never had a problem with Never trying a new location again.
