It had been several years since I visited a Chuck E. Cheese, but by far, this was the best experience yet! Celebrating my... little prince and his seven years of a wonderful life, my daughter booked this Chuck E. Cheese in the Pompano Citi Center. Ican?t begin to tell you how nice, clean, spacious, and all-around superb this place is. I wasn?t able to get all the deets, butthey must have recently remodeled because everything looks brand-spanking new and shiny! The two party coordinators assigned tous, also took care of another party simultaneously but nothing was spared?not the food, nor the service?not even theentertainment with Chuck-e himself. The kids and kids-at-heart made their way around and through all of the games, tables andrides. As far as the food, we had pizza which was hot and made to order. The drinks were refilled often and they also gave us apitcher with ice so that we could refill our water from the soda fountain as often as we needed to. Some of the men purchasedbeer and sat in a different area away from the little ones. It was early in the afternoon on a Saturday and not crazybusy! When the party was over, the kids went to redeem their tickets which were automatically saved onto their reloadable gamecards connected to a plastic wristband. How convenient!! This was super cool because we weren?t forced to redeem all of thetickets on stuff we really didn?t care for. It was nice to know that we can come back and use them to keep playing and earn evenmore points. I can?t recommend this Chuck E. Cheese enough. They have done a great job of not only keeping the place clean during covid, but beyond. They have really updated everyting,... they make sure the games are working and the food is decent. We love to come here on a rainy day. the way that theyhave thelayout, it is safe for kids of all ages. Read more

Love having a Chuck e cheese in my neighborhood. It's always a great fun time for the kids and the pizza is decent. I really... like the fact that now you pay by the hour and not per game. It?s ok for the kids and not so much fun for parents lol it?s loud

Absolutely unacceptable and unsafe store conditions. The Manger in charge who allowed this store to open like this should be... fired immediately. This one isn't bad, the staff is friendly and the facility is both clean and new, but honestly it is kinda hard to find. It's... located on the second floor deep inside of an outdoor plaza. The GPS brings you through the back towards an area that isconfusing unless your familiar with the area. Also there isn't a lot of lot of things for the kids to do. Once you have circledthe place once, your pretty much done. There isn't an indoor playground like most Chuck e Cheese's that I've been to in thepast. They do have some coupons online that offer an hour of all you can play for a low cost though. So that's a bonus. Also thefood looks good. Read more
