More than 30 minutes waiting? and still waiting! Fast food??? I though we were just sacrifying quality for speed but now none... of those. Not to mention the obvious and common unpolite behavior of the staff mostly throwing the food to your face withoutlooking to you. Came through the drive thru a few minutes ago. I didn't wait long at all. But since there was no line there is no reason why my... two sandwiches should have been cold. I wanted to take my food back but I was too tired. Rest assure, even though this Burger King is the close to my home, I'll drive further to get hot food. Read more
When I received my order in the drive threw it was Incorrect I walked inside the restaurant and spoke to the manager that I was... missing a order of fries and he said I don't think you paid for then and walked away but he didn't do my order. I waited forover 10 minutes for him to help me and he acted like I was not there . The restaurant was empty and only 2 cars in the drivethrew. Definitely I'm not going back to this location. Managers need to be trained on customer care especially if the customeris being polite and patient. Read more
My experience was horrible. I waited over 20 mins for my order. There was a new person at the register. The manager was working... at the drive through and trying to fill the orders inside the store. There were only two people working in the back. The foodwas cold and my sandwich tasted weird. Read more
Starting at the bathroom: In around 1 year I have never seen such a broekn down, forgoten bathroom. The towel dispenser was... completely broken and you may say that I just came in at a bad time, however others have also complained about the bathroommonths before I had visited this Burger King. The bathroom wouldn't be appreciated in a prison less a restaurant for payingcustomers. Next the ketchup area: ketchup was everywhere, all over the dispenser and on the counter. Absolutely a mess with noattention. The staff: staff tried to look busy at the back of the kitchen with customers standing and waiting to be served. Themanager just walked past me and tried to greet me but was too busy talking on his headset to someone. Food: the food was great.Like I mean really good. If you don't care about anything else than a really good meal then I guess come on over. Overall: Dueto the mentioned above I would not recommend this specific Burger King. The seating time is 30 minutes and the bathroom makes menot feel the employees are washing their hands after a visit to the restroom. Food is very good and that's about it. Read more
