Came here because I am a local and eat out at most of these places. I paid about $30 for 2 bowls and 2 drinks. When I asked the... cashier for Hot sauce she said I had to pay for it. Are you serious!!! We understand the economy but your prices are high enoughto cover 2-3 packs of hot sauce. That's just beign Greedy. I'll stick to Yoshinoya right down the street. Read more

(Wednesday 2/2 2:45pm)Completely unprofessional, dirty, and not worth coming to. The service is terrible and the employees who... are there seem to hate their jobs and any customer who walks in. After waiting at the front counter to order for a while withoutany greeting, In an empty store, the two associates ?working? continued talking to each other just a few feet from me aftermeeting my eyes a couple times and not regarding my presence at all. They were joking and coughing all while not even wearing amask around the food. I?ve tried contacting management but they seem to be well aware and just don?t care about customer serviceeither. First time to any WaBa grill resto so we tried this location! Customer service was great, place looks clean, plenty parking... spots, no waiting in the line but food wise were so so and the salmon portion they gave were kinda small conpare to theirprices! Taste wise were also not as good. Read more
This WaBa Grill location is not as great as the others.The food was okay (rice was kind of old) but the service wasn't very... good. The cashier was rude and aggressive because I asked for more salad instead of fruit. Also this location only has paperbags to take salad bar items home which made a huge mess instead of the standard little zip locks. Read more
I love waba but I?ma give this a 1 star because this place says its 24 hrs and I arrived at 10:15 PM; the workers were still in... there and said ?Sorry we are closed?.. Are you serious bro? At least change the hours on the website. Read more
