Horrible experience. They had a combo deal poster that said chips and cookie included with combo and when I asked for it they... said it was an old promotion but they still had the poster up. A place of this magnitude should?ve honored their mistake sincethat?s what good customer service is all about. Extremely disappointed with the employee?s rudeness as well. Read more
It's a good nearby place to get pretty healthy food, and especially if you decide to do a curbside pickup. The wait is not too... long, but if you decide to order/purchase in-person it takes awhile. Read more
Came to this Subway innumerable times over the years. In fact, I used to go here so often that at one point the staff would... recognize me. I've never really had an issue or a bad experience with this Subway despite how many years I've been cominghere. It's clean and sandwiches get made and staff are nice. As for food quality and taste, it's consistent and the same as anyother Subway. If you've been to one, you've sorta been to them all. There is a 7/11 next door, which is convenient. Read more
The staff was friendly enough. I ordered a footlong, I paid close to 10$ for the sub, but when I left they gave me the wrong... sub, unluckily I wasnt given a receipt (they asked but why would I need it, I thought). I didnt realize this until I got home. Itried calling several times(no answer). I called corporate(no answer), emailed corporate they just sent a copy and paste apologyletter. I wasnt refunded, I couldnt eat the sub, and just very dissappointed. Read more
Subway is great. I eat Subway at least 3 times a week. But I can't recommend this location. Awful quality control. Probavly... because of bad managers. Yesterday the cucumbers had frost on them. Today the cucumbers had spots indicating they weredefrosted. Why hadn't they been tossed?Brown avocado sitting with the lettuce. 2 styles of bread were missing. It comes acrossas careless, irresponsible, and poor quality. And the employees work hard and polite when it's busy. But management needs togive the employees the freedom to trash poor quality veggies.... or the management needs to change. Probably a franchisee.Absolutely terrible experience. Read more
