I normally have a good experience at starbucks. However... Today I walked up to pick up my mobile order. Some girl with dark... hair ignored me for several minutes & only came to see what I needed after another employee showed up to collect tips? Iinformed her I was there for a mobile order under my name. She walked around for a bit before coming back to tell me they werealmost done and they'd be right out. Literally 15 minutes later after they took and completed 3 other walk up orders I was likedamn okay? Went to check on my order because I was the only one left & they had been sitting in a bag ready to go but nevercalled me. Thanks for being prompt with all the other orders!! Super appreciate it! Staff was friendly, but there was a long line early in the morning on a Saturday. This is not a dine in Starbucks, it's a walk... up to the window or drive through. Read more

Staff is friendly. Service with a smile right off of freeway .
I have never been inside. But the drive through service is quick. The staff is always cheerful and in a great mood. I love their... big LGBTQ flag. My drinks are always on point and they are always patient enough to wait for my orders when I modify them. Theyalso make suggestions. Read more
Had car full of 6 friends and we were driving by the city and we wanted Starbucks. At 9:40, Saturday December 3rd. An employee... did not let me order because she said she was closing early. About 6 cars ahead of us and 3-4 cars behind us and they blew usoff. They close at 10pm. Completely unacceptable. That was very unprofessional and unethical, specially if she wasn?t allowedto close 20 min early. OWNERS RESPONSE: Sorry, thank you for sharing your feedback. How about you take preventive measures toensure this doesnt happen again? Dont respond back to me with an apology and not look into the issue or at least respond likeyou're not concerned with the activity of your employee's. If you're going to respond back to us as a community, be moredescriptive as what you're going to do to improve the customers experience, don't write back with a vague response and expectfor me to be content.
