We ordered through postmates. Starbucks didn't include one of the drinks! Postmates support is worthless, the driver ignored... us the minute they did the drop off. Called the store, store said come pick it up. If I could have picked it up I wouldn'thave ordered delivery! Not a postmates problem, a Starbucks problem. They didn't include the drink. The store was not very clean. The beverage that i purchased had some hair in it. It was black thicker hair and definitely not... mine. The barista was polite though. There were 3 homeless people arguing loudly in the gated section outside. Unpleasant allaround. Read more

Ordered my drink ahead with the app. Had to drive out here because my usual Starbucks turned off the option to order ahead for... that day. I walked in was greeted politely by the barista. Picked up my drink and walked out of the store back to my car. When I arrived at my car I noticed there was whipped cream on my drink regardless of the fact that the label on the side of thecup said no whip. I am lactose intolerant so wasn't too happy but was too tired to go back inside and have the drink remade. SoI scraped off as much of the whipped cream as I could into a nearby trash can and prayed to the soy gods. I hope that thebarista next time reads the label for the order before putting it on the cup. Starbucks is great. This particular experiencewas a two out of ten would not recommend. Read more
