Worst shake ever. Proportions have been halved in tater tots and popcorn chicken. But let's get back to the shake. It was more... buttery than their steak butter burger. I ordered the cheesecake oreo shake which was not properly mixed. Bott of the shake wascheese cake butter didn't taste like cheesecake at all it tasted spoiled. My order was placed at 330 approximately today. Haveto say I will stay away from their shakes and sides. The burgers are ok don't get the steak butter burger it's like a mcdscheeseburger for 6 bucks...won't come back for a good minute that shake was disgusting. Read more
If you want to find the worlds worst fast food go to Sonic in Pomona. I ordered a simple chicken slider and it looks as though... it was sat on. The fries were cold and the service was awful. How was the service awful?? Let me explain. The lady kept talkingover us on the PA system. And when she came out to get food to someone, and was walking back I was polite and said, "Excuse me." The lady blatantly ignored me because she was 4 feet away. If someone wants to be ignored, get bad food, and get walked over,come to Pomona Sonic. Don't come here. Read more
Worst experience I've ever had at a drive thru... After waiting a long time to get my food. My order was wrong, and they gave me... the small size to top it off. Had to go around through the drive thru and was told to wait. 10 minutes passed and nothing. Hadto take my loss. Never coming back ever again. This place SUCKS!! Read more
Always great to take the kids to Sonic and grab a few burger combos to enjoy. The kids were super surprised when they saw the... roller blading server. She was the MVP of the night rolling back and fourth handing meals to everyone working super hard. Mysuggestion is to know what you want to order by checking the website since everything on the menu does not include their specialburgers. Those only show up on the screen and cycle through so you might regret what you ordered since you want to try somethingeven more delicious and special. It was a busy night, but still more than enough parking spots and drive thru moved quickly aswell. Read more
How does everything taste like fish when they don't even serve fish? The soda fountain nozzles haven't been cleaned in months... and you can taste the age being poured into your cup. Just making some observations, but it's the only time I'll visit thislocation. Read more
Food was dry, they forgot to give me half of my order making me have to drive 20 minutes back to the place. They didn't even... bother to give me some type of incentive. Even when asking for sauce they gave me very little. The drinks had 90% ice with therest soda. Won't be coming back here Read more
Poor service my food was burnt, burger was messed up drink all carbonation and ordered and paid for extra sauces which I didn't... get any, tried to call management but he was entirely too busy on his phone sitting outside on the tables. It took 40 minutesfor onion rings and a burger and drink, but it was too extra crispy the onion inside the onion rings looked like the outer skinof an onion. Ugh horrible never visiting again I suggest a different location. Read more
