The restaurant is very cute. All the staff are students at the hospitality school and doing their best to provide quality... service. The view is nice with floor to ceiling windows on one side. Food is limited and is decent for the price. There arelimited options for substitutions given that the chefs are also students. I recommend getting the burger though it does comewell done. Read more

Making reservations was very easy, they also sent a confirmation email the day before. Location is beautiful and the servers... were very attentive and friendly. The prices were towards the higher end and the food took some time to come out, but it waswell worth the wait. Everything was tasty and portion size was more than reasonable. Pretty decent and creative dinner for $35, at this time. It includes appetizer, entree, and desert. This restaurant is managed... by students in most aspects and is on the hilltop of the Cal Poly, Pomona campus. Side note: The Cal Poly Pomona 2016 Zinfandelthat they currently serve there is pretty good. It's more of a red wine than the usual pink wine one would expect. Read more

This restaurant is definitely a local gem. The menu is ever-changing and seasonal. With some of the produce coming from... Kellogg's Farm, along with beers and wines from the campus brewery, it truly is "farm to table" for many items. The R@KR is themost affordable place for a nice meal, prepared and presented with impeccable service, in an elegant setting. I would talkabout my meal but it is always changing. All I can say is that it was all delicious.
