I have warm & fuzzy feelings when I drive by this restaurant. Like the ones I get when I drive by Disneyland, or my wedding... chapel. This is rare, because it is the only fast food type restaurant where I have EVER been treated as a special customer.(McDonalds, 30 years, nothing). This happened pretty quicky, when upon my third visit, a young man named Dominic knew my entireorder! NO WAY! After all, this restaurant gets hundreds of customers per week. I had started a new job in the area, and KFC is afavorite so I would go every few days. Turns out, within 2 weeks, every single employee at this location knew me, and my order.Kind of freaked me. These are just sweet, kind, hardworking, thoughtful, and friendly employees. There is Jasmine, Dominic,Corinna, Sonjia, and Robert, and a few I did not know. Sonjia is the manager, and if she also does the hiring, she is stellar atpicking good people. There is simply a warm & fuzzy atmosphere there, mixed with wonderful KFC spices and food. The restaurantis being managed with an abundance of maturity, sophistication, and eagerness to please. Please, people, with today'scomplications, please refrain from being angry at a few minor mistakes in your order. They are few, and not worthy of a badreview. Sonjia, you and your team are the best. The line was fairly fast but I checked my order and I was missing Mac n cheese had to come back bang on the window because I... wasn?t going to sit in the drive through lane again and I come home again to find I?m missing the gravy the boys their are sofocused on talking and fooling around then rather getting the correct order out to the customers at a timely matter I worked forfast food and this is absolutely poor service I spent $35 to have my order messed up not once but twice because staffing can?tdo their job properly Read more

Had it for thanksgiving dinner and leftovers the next day. Shes gone so my mom came to cheer me up and now i can eat this again... and again. Her new man will have to give up KFC. Im FREE!!! FREEEEEEEEEEEDOM ! Read more

Well at this KFC particularly if you're from Pomona you guys shouldn't have to read this you guys already know what's up I... really don't have nothing bad to say about it but I love their famous bowl every so often I clock out from work just so I can goget me one , but it does need a couple little fixing as in maintenance to their speaker box outside for the loudspeakersometimes you can barely understand them when they're speaking to you it's either they can't understand you or they can't hearyou or you just don't understand them what they're saying but no regrets on stopping by Read more

The regular chicken tasted wonderful. Just as I remembered. We purchases 3 different $5.95 boxed meals and a cake. Dinner was... easy to serve. To clean up. And everyone was happy. Read more
