I have been going to Churchs and this one for years. Service has gone completely downhill. For one, online said the location... was open, so we came here. But nobody is inside, but chicken is sitting under the heater. So just as we are about to leave,two people who work there show up and we go in after them. I tell the guy behind the counter that I want their 16 piece familymeal from online. And he saya rudely, "We don't have a 16 piece meal." I said, "It's on the website." Again, he rudely says,"We don't have the 16 piece, the meals are all on the wall." So I placed my order and waited, and when the next person who camein spoke Spanish, service was completely different and he was so much kinder to them. Didn't know Church's was racist to peoplewho didn't speak Spanish. Horrible service, I will rethink going to Church's ever again. Read more
We went about 12 minutes to closing.. I ordered the 10 piece dark feeds 4.. They didn't have mashed potatoes or macaroni n... cheese.. They didn't have ice. They didn't give me my biscuits with my order that I paid for. We're from Victorville and wantedsome chicken. Ugh, I hate we came to this one. Hopefully it's alot better when it's way before closing. If they didn't havebiscuits I should have been told and given a discount or given me a substitute.. Read more
Chicken tasts like it's been sitting out for a while. They rarely make anything fresh. Everytime I come here they always... forget something. Either biscuits, or a drink it's always something. Triple check your bag before you leave. Read more

I ordered a 3 piece mixed chicken combo, which included 2 sides, and a drink. I added 3 honey-butter biscuits. I asked for all... dark meat, 2 legs and 1 thigh. My 2 sides were both mac and cheese. I received 1 leg and 2 breast. Mac and cheese was edible,but sauce was a watery texture. I did not receive honey-butter biscuits as ordered, just plain biscuits, that were very dry,which I was unaware Church's even sold. My order was not available upon arrival. We ordered two 9 piece orders of regular chicken and was told they did not have enough of regular for 2 orders so we took one... order of spicy. Get home... both boxes of chicken were overcooked and burnt did not taste fresh. Not to mention both orders wereSpicy. My Receipts I received reflected different addresses. One receipt with the Pomona Churches location and the other DebitTransaction receipt has a Long Beach Churches location. I tried calling both locations and there is no answer at either number.An automated message picks up stating: The person at extension 71337 is unavailable and no messages can be left, mailboxfull. This place is a hit or miss with customer service & food consistency. This day I didn't have to wait long like other times in... the drive-thru. The customer was spot on. I was hoping I would enjoy the bourbon chicken. But it was too dry. The seasoning wasso good. I only ended up eating part of the chicken and most of the friend skin because of the seasoning. The peach cobbler wasnot good. The only thing that was good about it was the topping, which was the peaches. I'm assuming they use a biscuit, that'swas dry and gross.
