I was so hungry, it was at about 2AM 2 cars were parked at the front, I stop in front of the menu drive t. Nobody talked to me,... so I went to the window, I knocked on the glass many times, nobody came, but the sign said drive t open 24 hours...verydisappointed! Read more
NOT 24HRS ???????? I came here with my husband because we wanted a late night burger. It says the drive thru is open 24hrs. It... even had the "open" lights on. We drove there twice. The first time no one answered the speaker box. The second time afterdriving around we decided to try again. This time another car was there too. We finally get to the call box and a femaleanswered us with a greeting. We ordered and she never said anything else. So we drive up the the window and the other car wasalready gone. We are waiting at the window to see if we can order at the window or pick up our food if our order wentthrough. No one showed up, we were very disappointed. We were waiting for over 10 minutes at the Carls jr drive thru. We leftto a near by SONICS instead. The people working at SONICS were very attentive and friendly. Even at 1am. Read more
I been in this location this week, around 8:30 pm, main door was Locked, guy was pointing at the Drive Thru side, were another... door is, was open, I entered the Restaurant & the Girl Rudely said it Was Closed! I asked if Drive Thru was open, she said weare Closed Now! She Got No Manners, why Closed so Early? I came back a week after, & its closed, & its not even 8pm! What a LazyPeople! SO DISAPPOINTED! My complaint is about the food I had at this specific location. I've enjoyed Carl's Jr. at other locations but when I came here... with a friend it was not the best food. When we got the burger it was smaller than normal, the buns reminded me of generic storebought buns, no sesame seeds, the cheese was not melted, and the meat did not taste like Carl's Jr. It sort of tasted like aburger you could make at home. Maybe they ran out of the proper ingredients this day :/ Positives: employees were SUPERfriendly, good customer service, and the venue was really clean. That was great! Read more
so um My father asked for Meat with no meat, trying to order a beyond burger and failed and came home with this. Second is well.... My brother purchased it. I tried the beyond burger. For some odd reason, it tasted like peanuts. I don't know if it's supposeto taste that way or suppose to taste like an actual burger, even tho it's a vegan burger. Looks abit grey too me. Unsatisfiedand it didn't had the signiture grill marks either on the beyond burger. Read more
Great Carl's Jr. franchise here. Clean, smells great and service is unbeatable. My experience: The burger was great, the Potato... skin fries are amazing, big hamburger on the side was good. Also the cashiers and clean up crew are friendly. I like my Foodfresh so I ordered it by request. Hamburger came out looking like the one in the picture (almost almost). I will be back if Ihappen to be craving a burger and if in the area. Read more
