Doors remained locked to customers regardless of peak hours or time of day. You must ring a bell (although 3 employees will... stare at you from inside and good luck getting anyone to let you in.) Couldn't even grab a coffee or snack on my way to work atthe hospital on a Friday night at 10pm or Monday morning at 7am. Defies the entire concept of a convenience store. Dirtyoutside, the usual suspects abound but the lack of entry trumps anything else I've seen. There's another 7-11 up the block onIndian hill with opened doors and a small convenience store on holt two blocks west on the right side as well with muchfriendlier service past Wells Fargo. It fine the people out side don't really bother you much. The staff is cool.

I have gone to this 7 Eleven multiple times and have had no problems. The workers have always been kind to me here. I usually go... here to get their pizza which is good. Read more
I was just Gypped by the clerk today 02/04/2021 between 450 and 5 PM. The clerk would not review the video to determine if he... made a mistake he flat out denied that I had $10 owed to me. He would not give me his name nor did he have an employee badge onshowing his name. Be careful because one of these clerks will take your money. Read more
