We just ordered here and received the worst meal we’ve ever had. Not just at Pizza Hut, but worse meal literally anywhere. The... “breaded” boneless wings no longer had any breading, it was all in the bottom of the bowl with barely a dash of sauce. TheDetroit style pizza tasted like the sauce had turned, that combined with the copious amount of sauce on the pizza made itinedible. The cookie was burnt - how in the world do you mess up a cookie?! We ordered cheese breadsticks and received waay overbaked regular breadsticks. The extra pepperoni pizza we ordered and paid for had a regular serving of pepperoni. The ONLY itemin our order that was consumable was the 2 liter of root beer. We paid almost $50 for this meal. We all feel sick to our stomachafter attempting to eat the Detroit pizza. The rest wasn’t edible. I would highly caution anyone before attempting to eat atthis location. I’m honestly shocked they are still in business if this is their usual quality. Who out does the Hut? Literallyeveryone. If you want pizza in town, try Stageline (which is fabulous) or even Domino’s. Both are miles above and beyond thePolson Pizza Hut. Read more
The service was amazing and delivery was great, but one menu item was wrong. I'll be calling store to get refund of some sort.
Love their pizza, only issues I have had in Both of my last 2 visits were that when I'm paying for mushrooms I would like to... actually get them ?????????????????????????? Both of my last 2 times that I specifically ordered them, (online) there was noneon the pizzas !! Read more
Ordered a pizza and boneless chicken wings , pizza was ok but half of the wings where so small! Like literally cheese curd size!... Why pay for 8 when in all actuality you get the equivalent of 4, and why do the employees not care and count 2 baby ones as afull size . If people continue to not care about their jobs then there won’t be any ! Businesses will shut down due to poorcustomer service and food . It’s not just piazza , it’s everywhere . Was staying in a local hotel with very limited food options near us so we opted for pizza hut. I received a text message saying... our pizza was out for delivery. 30 min go by and no pizza or communication from the restaurant. I tried calling to get a statusand no one answered the phone. The delivery guy finally gets to our hotel and upon opening the box the pizza was cold. Do notrecommend unless you pick it up yourself. Read more
The service was friendly enough - I would guess my issues are policy/management based. We went in for sit down dining... which... it turns out, they don't seem to want to do. They were out of many items... supply chain I suppose, but everyone is dealingwith that. They didn't have chicken products, no salads, no salad bar at all, no large hand tossed crust.... list went on. After ordering at the counter (required), they did deliver to our table, but it was given to us in go boxes. No silverware, andno garlic or pepper shakers (you could get them, but you had to pay $1.09 a piece for them). Our sodas were also in go cups. Short story we did not feel welcome. Maybe they're trying to be take out only, but this review is primarily to let others knowthat this is what you're dealing with. I would recommend sit down dining elsewhere, and the pizza here wasn't great, so if youwant pizza to go you might as well get it from dominos on main. Read more
I ordered from the local Polson Pizza Hut this evening and I am so disgusted and displeased by how unsanitary they are! PUBLIC... SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT!!!! I ordered from the local Polson Pizza Hut this evening and they are so unsanitary and everything thatliterally while I was in the Drive-Thru window the girl in the light blue jeans came and handled my card and everything and thenwent straight over to the prep line without washing her hands or putting no gloves on and started handling all the pizzas thatwere being made as you can tell with that guy in the black has no gloves on and no hairnet on or nothing and was touching otherstuff in between prepping those pizzas! it is so disgusting that our local Pizza Hut is unsanitary nowadays. I will never orderor eat there ever again. I'm just disgusted by how unsanitary they are nowadays! Can never get a delivery. Every time I call they never answer the phone. The website never loads. But there Pizza is legendary.
