I have ordered the same Thin Crust Chicken Bacon Artichoke pizza every weekend from here for over a year. I've never been... dissatisfied with the food or the service. I always have a issue at this papa murphy's every time I get coupons that say valid in store only they just refuse to take them... and say it's up to them if the decide to take them what's the point of giving out coupons if they won't take them makes nosense. And they are not nice about either an the last 2 times I have came to this store my order has been wrong. Horriblecustomer service. I would have gave 0 stars for this store if it gave me the option. My wife and I are busy all the time. Pollock pines Papa Murphy's has been a great place to get a quick dinner. They are always... friendly and put out a great product. I love the bread sticks myself. Most important to me is how they treat my family when wego in. Great small town feeling. Read more

One of the employees here is really nice. I don't remember her name. But the owner is a cheapskate with a generally unfriendly... demeanor. I ask for double sauce and at first she was okay with it but then she got stingy about. Really?? Can't spare an extra7 ounces of red sauce? As if your pizza place is short on supply or it costs too much? How much could 7 oz of sauce actuallycost? Unfortunately, they are the only good option for cheap pizza in town. Every time I've gone here, whether I ordered ahead by phone or stopped in and ordered, I've received quick and friendly service... and the pizza's always quite tasty. The only thing I could complain about is that you can't order online here as you can inother locations but I think the corporate offices are to blame for that. It's likely they didn't want to invest too heavily inthis location before determining if there's enough demand to be worthwhile. I've seen complaints about the rude manager butI've seen a young man trying to be professional and do not believe he's rude, just trying to do his job like a professional.
