Seems like every time I order chicken wings or bread they forget my sauces. May sound like a little thing but when I pay for... something I want what I payed for. I called the store and the manager basically called me a Liar. Said it was in the bag or box.Again I said no. She?s like well we put it in there. Idk what to tell you. I get lunch there at least twice a week. With their new manager the quality of the food has improved greatly. The atmosphere,... friendliness and Customer Service has improved 100 percent!! Give them a try again. Read more
Ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza... for a 2nd time.... they didn't add buffalo.... also I asked for square cut not pie cut... I... wrote the first time off. This time it's like nope not letting it go. So I call and can hear the dude in the back ground havinga attitude over it. It says it on the label. How do you not put a sauce on the pizza? Like wth. Polk City dominos is failing.They forget sauce cups, don't listen to the cut on the pizza, my grandmother has had to call up there. My mom had to call upthere 3 nights ago. So I have been having building issues, to where I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and it was like a Alfredo pizza, to them over... loading my BBQ pizza with so much sauce everything stops off the slices. Tonight I placed a order and noticed once inside notall of it was here.so I call In and get passed around. Finally a lady gets on and I explain and she's all " ok and what do youwant us to do about it?" It's like um... (like was shocked she was actually asking that like what do you think a person wouldwant ) you forgot items I ordered. Items I paid for. I was like I would like my stuff. The. I ordered pizza at 7:42 after a hour pizza never arrived so I called back someone told me he forgot to get my address so I had... to reorder everything when food did arrived at 10pm it?s not what I ordered I called right away and ask for a refund and theycan get the food back or for them to straighten it out ( because at this point I was frustrated) The manager told me his generalmanager couldn?t talk to me I had to call him back in the morning mind you it?s a hour before closing then I?m complaining aboutme missing a large pizza that I paid for And a general manager tells me to call back tomorrow He didn?t say he?s going to lookinto it nor straighten it out or send the pizza I paid for he told me to call him tomorrow so basically I spent my money and myfamily has only one pizza when we ordered two. So I always choose to order from Domino's. Well its time to switch. My order was for veggie pizza with double cheese and extra... mushrooms. Tell me do you see double cheese nope. And ALL if the vegetables are cold but the pizza is warm. When I say cold itslike it came right out of the refrigerator. From looking at it, it seems they made a cheese pizza then threw the veggies in top.Very very disappointed. And No I don't want it fixed or want anything for free. Very disappointed with tonight's pan pizza. Ordered it half pepporoni and half cheese with light sauce. Pizza had way to much... cheese. My son didn't even want to eat it. Had to make him something else. It's like someone just threw a whole bunch of cheeseon topped and hoped it would cook. Tried peeling the cheese off to satisfy my kid and then he complained about too muchsauce. Usually this location is good but tonight was a waste of money. Read more
