If I could, I would leave no stars : the people were ignorant and rude when I was making an order I like to mix my food up and... every time I order my food at the Chick-fil-A at southern park mall, they always let me get a salad bowl to mix my food. ThisChick-fil-A made a big deal about giving me a board to mix my food. I even told them they could charge me and she said I cannotgive you a bowl Isa well can?t you charge me for it I will pay for it I was on my way to work. They made such an inconvenienceover a salad bowl. I definitely will never be going there again zero stars. Read more
OK so I go get my food and go to take the tomatoes off of one of the sandwiches on my order to find a decaying caterpillar in my... lettuce not a great experience normally we don?t have problems with this place but if I would not have taken the tomatoes off ofthe sandwich I would?ve definitely eaten the caterpillar would not have left a great taste in my mouth!!!!!!!! As tourists from NZ This was our first time at a chick fil A. We were treated like VIP by the lady serving us who took the time... to explain the menu to us. We have never had better service. Oh and the food was great Read more
Got pick up and it came out within 10 minutes to my car. Food was delicious and still hot. Not too expensive. Recommend getting... curbside pickup because the drive thru line is always super long. Read more
Picking up Door Dash order. There was a very small wait, but order was hot and ready in under 5 min. Staff was very nice, fast,... and efficient. Drive thru and inside orders were plenty with little wait. I was very impressed. You guys are doing an amazingjob. Keep up the hard work and please don't ever change ???????? Read more
The food was absolutely amazing! It always is! The staff is the most kind staff I've ever encountered. Craig was absolutely... amazing and personable. He was helping a mom while we were there and went out of his way to make both their days! He wasamazing! Our order taker Kiley was super nice as well! My husband and I will definently be returning! Food was ok, the line moved fast but we have only tried it one other time so we had no idea what to order. The people taking... the orders were several car lengths before the menu board and we could not even see it before placing an order. The food itself- the waffle fries weren't completely cooked, the chicken fingers were small. The employees were very friendly though. Read more
Workers are always readily available to take your order. Surprisingly the dining area isn't real congested. Staff are always... friendly and always mopping or sweeping floors, tables are ALWAYS cleaned off. Read more
