Disgusting. Every time I've gone there, the employee is never present until I've been standing there for 5 minutes. The... ingredients were not fresh, the vegetables were empty and watery, lettuce had brown pieces, and lastly she mangled my wrap whileattempting to fold and cut it. Save yourself the anger. This 5 star rating is based on the amazing young lady trying to run it by herself. Lets set the scene.. Their food truck was... broken down somewhere so they where out of almost everything. They had power failure in this are earlier today. So you canimagine the abuse this young lady has had to endure today from rude customers. She greeted me with a smile, ytold me the badnews about the supplies and then said, "but lets see what we can build for you". We decided to use the last of the steak hit itwith bacon and peppers, because, no lettuce. She made it all with a smile and encouragement. So yes a 5 star rating because Ibelieve if she can be that awesome with a day like she is having, just imagine what she can do with a stocked store, no poweroutage, and a little help. Me and another guy waited 10-15 minutes for someone to come to the counter. I had long enough to make my own sandwich and they... never would have known. I finally left,guess Subway has really gone downhill. Read more
As a former employee of this location I can tell you that instead of throwing away bread from the previous day they serve it to... you, they have a major roach problem, and the food never gets put away at night (it sits open on the line all night). I havefound bugs on "fresh" tomatoes that I pulled from the cooler, and been told to "just discreetly fix the problem". One otheremployee REFUSES to wash her hands throughout the day, she just put clean gloves on and prepares your sandwich. If you want yourfood with a side of Coronavirus then this is the best place for you to eat, otherwise RUN. I literally saw Her come out from thekitchen (where she'd been playing on her phone), and start making a sandwich. Then she replaced several items on the line withher bare hands. ???????????? I'm so glad...no! We are very glad they got rid of the previous people who worked there. They were rude, dirty, not very... professional or friendly. We stopped going there for months. We came today 11/22/2019 7:30pm (we were so hungry) and we weregreeted by CJ and another girl (couldn't catch her name). Their customer service was excellent and not just that, they werepolite, respectful and very friendly! Because of these two awesome workers we are definitely adding Subway to our rotation. Best subway around. I live right next to the Subway in Onalaska and I make the extra trip out to the Point Blank location anyway... because everyone is just so nice and considerate. I once saw the new manager there help an elderly to and from her vehicle. Mind you, this was an extremely old lady, but to just see the minimum wage staff go to the absolute maximum was a greatexperience. Very clean and sanitary as well. Highly recommended! Read more
