The stuffed lobster dinners we received were full of green slime. I understand this naturally occurs ! Umm Clean it!!! Also we... had to share ONE lobster cracker between the two of us! We were told there's only TWO in the whole restaurant, and another tablehad one.!!! We ate inside to sit in air conditioning and were bombarded by a dozen flies! DISGUSTING! NOT GPING BACK EVER! Just witnessed the most terrifying display of customer service ever. My husband ordered dinner for the family and the DoorDash... app made him split it into two orders. He called the restaurant and they told him to send it over in two orders and they willtry to put it together in one. Robot wound up coming in two separate orders an hour apart and when he called back to explain tothe manager the manager was very short and hung up on him and said go complain to somebody else. If you plan on going within an hour of closing, call first to make sure they aren't closing early. Went a couple of weeks ago... with my dad and were turned away about 40 min before closing time because they weren't seating anymore. We were told by someoneelse that we could still order take out, but then the take out kid told us that the kitchen was closed and the posted hours arefor the seafood on ice and not for the kitchen or restaurant. First time ordering won't be the last. We tried lots of options lobster bisque, crab cake, fried flounder, two different chicken... sandwiches and the lobster Mac and cheese. Super fresh! We've been coming here for years. But this last time will truly be the last time. Prices have gone way up and we get that,... prices are up everywhere. But when you pay $23 for lobster mac and cheese I expect more than one piece of lobster. Noexaggeration, there was one piece of lobster in the dish. It used to be loaded with lobster. Basically been coming here my entire life and it's always been good - not super, but definitely one of the top places for... seafood. Had been craving a simple piece of broiled fish one night for takeout, and what I received made me sad. I understandit's takeout, I get it, I work in plenty of restaurants, but by no means should it look like it was chopped up and not caredfor.
