They do not answer their phones at all, do not order curbside bc they will not answer. Worst service ever, you will have to go... in. Read more
They have curbside pickup but they don't answer the phone. I called for literally 45 minutes over and over and they finally... picked up and brought me my cold food. This was 2 months ago. As of right now I am sitting in the parking lot calling over andover waiting for someone to pickup. I can see no one is inside. I can't go inside with a sick kid. Beautiful. Since when did subway start charging for toasting subs. Order off the app and selected toast, when I got my wonderfully... customize sandwich guess what, not toasted. When I asked about this, was told a 10 cent charge and I had add that whenordering. There is nowhere on the app for that. I don't believe that is a corporate approved charge, but something shady thisfranchise is trying to do. What is worst is this franchise is on a military base, good job stealing 10 cents from the men andwomen that keep this country safe. Read more
