First time ordering online and didn't get a bun. I ordered extra mayo and oil, so it was a VERY wet sandwich. Called and... explained I may have ordered wrong since it was my first time, but I didn't have a bun on my sub. "Sam" was VERY rude. Refused to send a bun, replace the uneaten, untouched "unwich" I accidentally ordered, said I got what I ordered and told me to"throw it out then and call on Monday to complain". Refused a refund. Very rude. I wont be buying JJ in the future. Read more
Way too slow. Being The only customer, my sandwich should have been made before I got to the pickup counter. Three employees,... cashier, lineman and prep. The reason I go is the great subs freaking fast!!!! And also no ?Welcome to Jimmy John?s ? upon myentrance! I thought that was a requirement performed by the staff? Read more
Cheap ingredients, overly saturated bread, pathetically sub-par quality. I got an order from this place, and it tasted like the... sandwich (which was so wet holding the bread tore it apart) was comprised of old meats and the cheapest lettuce they could fin. Read more
Girlfriend ordered food from here for delivery at 11:45-12 and didn?t receive order because the drivers car broke down and store... couldn?t call and notify us. Called multiple times between then and they gave different answers each time. You take our moneyand number and everything and yet fail miserably at communicating and always making excuses. This isn?t our first rodeo withthis store. So order from somewhere else people. Oh forgot. It?s been 3 hours and no order even after they said a new driver isbringing the food. Read more
Used to really like this Jimmy John's. Last order we had, the bread was very hard and stale tasting. Time before that, it took... almost an hour to arrive. We complained and the person did not follow through with the agreed response and now will not respond.Just not a good place any longer. Read more
No one was in the front when I came in yesterday at 4:15. I waited and began to wonder if there was anyone working there at all.... Luckily a nice young man happened to report to work while I was waiting. He immediately helped me. Then a couple girls came upfrom the bank talking, talking talking, oblivious to their surroundings. The sub was made so fast, I freaked! Love me some Jimmy John's. Great subs. I recommend the Beach Club. Add onions and... sprouts to kick it up a notch. The place is always clean too. Read more
Had issues with this store before with missing items or wrong order. I ordered online today only to have another order with... missing items. It's a shame, the food is good but not consistent. Read more
