They took my order at the drive-through, I pulled forward, and they took my money. When I asked if they wanted my rewards... number, she replied ?I?m sorry, but it?s a little too late for that.? If there?s a time limit on putting that information in, itseems like the order taker would ask for the information about the rewards number at the appropriate time instead of leaving itup to the customer to guess when is the right time. Love Jimmy John's. This is by far the better of the two locations in Pocatello. Their speed and accuracy far surpasses the other... location. I've been there at lunch and dinner, both when it's busy and when it's slow. . My orders are always quick andaccurate. Will only use this location in the future. Read more
We stopped here for lunch, and we had mixed quality on the sandwiches. My two boys loved their BLT?s and my husband liked his... roast beef sandwich. I was really disappointed with my turkey Tom #2. It had two slices of thinly sliced turkey on a 8.5 inchsandwich. I asked for all the veggies and the pickles and onions were not there. The bread is good, but I was underwhelmed. Read more
Really not great. Not at all what you would expect from Jimmy John?s. The bread doesn?t even taste the same as other stores, the... sandwiches are EXTREMELY sloppily put together, and they are consistently forgetting ingredients. Mot to mention they put hardlyany ingredients on to begin with. Definitely recommend the 5th street location. At least the staff is nice I guess. Read more
Apparently the quality of your sandwich changes depending on who's making it. I didn't know that four cucumber slices... constituted extra, as I requested. Same with extra avocado spread, which I was charged for. I've had great sandwiches beforefrom this same location, but not today. Some quality control would be appreciated Read more
New girl; Mariana, was not as friendly as the old help and the sandwiches had far less goodies as they use too, making it feel... like the cost was double what I would pay anywhere else for a similar sandwich. Not the same as it used to be. Verydisappointed, will take a while before I return as there are lots of other sandwich shops in town to choose from and I don'tthink the feeling of uhhgg I should have gone someplace else will leave for a while. So yesterday on 5/25/2022 in the downtown area there was an ambulance so everyone pulled over, except for this delivery driver.... As I was pulled over, and many other cars, this delivery driver tried to get past all the other cars, even tailgating me. Wheneveryone when back to normal, he was still tailgating people and trying to speed. Have you delivery driver learn some respectfor emergency responders and have him go back to driver school. I'm not sure which location this driver works at but please dosomething about him. Not asking for him to be terminated, just learn how to drive. Read more
