Love stopping here. Food is in par with other jack in the box's, but the service is worthy of a 5 star restaurant. The door was... held open by an employee as my family entered, we were checked on multiple times asking if we needed anything, got saucesbrought to our table, and he even took our picture for us. The lady who took our order was super friendly, making goodrecommendations based on our needs, and it was just an overall great experience worthy of 5 stars. Read more
We stop by this location often when traveling to my parents' place. They're friendly and a clean location, though the sink in... the bathroom drains fairly slowly XD I'm not counting that against them, though. The food is good and we will keep returning. Read more

This location is generally pretty quick with service. The problem is usually at the food not being fresh and hot. It's not that... the food is bad just not as fresh and hot as I have had from the other pocatello locations. Read more

Been a while, but I do like Jack as a nice treat. This place was good. Pretty straightforward. Friendly, prompt, tasty, and... clean (when we ran in to use the restroom), but we went through the drive thru to order, so I really don't know and didn't payattention to everything that would give it 5 stars. We were hungry and it worked well and served its purpose. Read more
Clean tables and bathroom. I had the spicy chicken sandwich with curly fries. It was all good and warm with a pleasant crunch.
