Absolutely terrible service, first time in my life I refused to leave a legitimate tip. My party and I had to request that the... silverware be provided to us, and we were never asked if we wanted refills for our beverages. We were the only party in thefacility at the time, and during our entire visit, the waitresses were loitering around looking at their phones. The only time asingle waitress even bothered paying any attention to us was when we were being sat down, and when we were leaving. I advisethat you don't go here. It's not worth the trouble. Had to ask to have bacon recooked, wasn't cooked enough. Other than that all was good.
I was visiting with a friend of mine and I was greatly disappointed. It is unfortunate that when I asked for burned bacon and I... didn?t get it, I want it burned, please see photos. Do you call that burned? I paid over $3.00 for a glass of milk! Everyoneknows you can buy a whole gallon for that amount! The prices were outrageous! I went in for the $5.00 deal and the waitresssaid there would be a slight charge more for the pumpkin ???? pancakes so I agreed. I was expecting a $1.00 extra but no theupcharge was $1.99 ! When the order arrived at the table the pancakes were so small! I expected bigger! It was disappointingto say the least! The waitress was kind and friendly and it wasn?t her fault at all she was only doing her job. Overall it was abad experience. If I could give this 0 I would. We we're the only guests in the whole place first off, I ordered the chocolate chip pancake... combo and this is what she brought me on a small coffee plate. Forgot my husbands meat for his breakfast combo and never broughtmy sausages at all. I'm not gonna lie this ruined IHOP for me I will definitely go to Denny's everytime over this now. I waited for 25 minutes at curbside pickup. Texted two different times. Finally went in and my food was just sitting on the... counter. It was all cold. The strawberry and creme crepes did not have any strawberries or cream. The hash browns were so crispyI couldn?t bite through them. Waiter was completely rude to us. We needed a highchair for our toddler and I had to get it. We weren't even seated or looked at... the menu and he was taking our drink orders. He was very rude to us and hardly check on us at all but was nice and friendly tothe family next to us. The food was really good though my sons silver dollar pancakes were huge. When the time came for him togive us the check he assumed my fiancé was paying (he wasn't), needless to say it was horrible service and we felt more like aninconvenience than anything. Due to everything I told my fiancé to tip him what he deserved (normally I tip 25% or more) but hedecided he deserved nothing which I agreed. My fiancé then told me the guy glared at him for not tipping for the awful service.We love eating here and sucks that the service was so bad. Read more
