We use to love this place! Unfortunately the service has gone downhill! Went to Fuji last night with my husband for date night.... We had the most expensive plates out of everyone at our table and we got the smallest portions! The chef was literally scrappingall the rice he could find on the grill to give me a little serving. We were expecting a nice relaxed dinner to celebrate our anniversary and it was a far cry from that. The tables were sticky... like they were never cleaned and the seats at the booths were torn. Dinner was just ok, the server seemed like he was in a rushand wanted to clear the table while we still were eating. He said the cheesecake was really good so we ordered it. I neverknew cheesecake we were going to get frozen solid cheesecake! The waiter didn't seem concerned and replied that if they left itout it would go bad... Will never go back again!!! This place is fun for the whole family with something for even the pickiest eaters. The chefs are a ton of fun for the kids with... humor and entertainment. It is nice way to get good sushi and still get kids steak and rice habachi keeping them entertained soyou can have a conversation. Read more
Very discouraged with the Pocatello restaurant.. Ordered steak and shrimp hibachi. Steak, shrimp and rice were cold Veggies were... warm. Wife ordered steak hibachi and same thing. Kids ordered sushi so it was alright. Expressed frustration to server to noavail. Bill was $114 and yet not even an offer to remedy the issue other than to dine on the hibachi side next time.
