The chai tea and americano coffee were flavorless. The chai tea was filled 2 inches below the rim of the 24 Oz cup. We spent 20... dollars including tip on overpriced, bitter, and unpleasant drinks. I have always enjoyed good coffee here until recently. Their staple menu items dont taste as good as they used to. They are... training new people right now, which I understand but its a shame they have allowed their best drinks to fall by the wayside.its just a matter of training people how to make coffee. I am sad to say I am going to have to start trying other coffee shopsin the future. $5 is too much to spend on a coffee that doesn't taste very good. Read more

Coffee was standard in quality and taste. Like many places, they don't offer dark roast after a certain time. I prefer dark... roast. Lattes have been hit and miss. Sometimes they are on point and other times they are bitter. This place gets very busybeing on Jefferson Ave. Great location. Sometimes lines are a bit overwhelming. Read more

Used to really love going to Double Shot, but it has gone downhill the last year. Coffee is inconsistent in taste and often... times I find my drink inches below the top, bitter, and overpriced (pay for a 20 oz get a 16 oz worth of coffee in the cup). What use to be my favorite coffee joint is now a roll of the dice. Some employees have great customer service and others do not.I wish I could write a lovely review, but it's not the place it use to be. Read more
