Love finally having Chick Fil A in town! The BEST chicken! The hours are slightly different then a stand alone restaurant, since... it?s on campus. Lunch time is slammed with ISU students and high school students coming by, but they are fast and efficient!Beware! You can?t use Chik fil a gift cards here, do call in orders, or door dash. And the employees are usually all studentsand don?t get paid even close to what a regular Chik Fil a employee makes, so go easy on them! Read more
It is great to have a Chick-fil-A at ISU. You can get most popular chick-fil-a here. However, this is not a full Chick-fil-A... experience here. Menu items are missing and the quality of food and service is not always up to the standards set by most otherChick-fil-A restaurants. the food is good. the greasy looking dude taking the orders was a much different story. he was just super rude in general,... rolled his eyes because I have no idea? All I did was order food and I ordered it quickly, no special orders or anything. Heasked me my name 3 different times and then when my name was called it was not even close to my actual name. like I get ifyou're having a bad day but when you're at work you're a grown up so perhaps act like one? I have gone to many Chick-fil-A and this one on compus has been a disappointment. Bad costumer service, the cooks were laughing... wich is fine, but they were so distracted they were putting one frie at a time in the container . No hair net no hats. Wewaited forever to get our food. Its definitely a dispointment will not be going there again. Read more
Really excited that we finally have a Chick-Fil-A here in Pocatello. Giving it 4-stars because it isn't easily accessible to the... general public. The food is great don't get me wrong but it's other problems that gives this a 1 star. First off is parking is an absolute... nightmare. There really is no reasonable parking for a regular person. Second is and I very well understand that this is on acollege campus and they will get a rush around lunch but I come earlier and earlier each time and that rush seems to becompletely random! I attempt to pick up my wife lunch and even come an hour before she can have it so it will be cold and willneed to be reheated. I don't realistically have tome to stand in a line for 45 minutes... There are very easy things that couldbe done to help this but I doubt will ever happen. Easiest one would be to allow online orders for pickup. They make the orderand it sits on a rack already paid for. If it doesn't get picked up oh well, no loss for them. Maybe talk to the campus and getlike 2 parking spots for regular people just for chic-fil-a. Those are easy things that would immensely help the issues buthonestly I don't think anybody cares about that there and it won't change. Read more
