Is it just me, or are the burger patties getting smaller? I paid over $12.00 for a Western Bacon ???? Cheeseburger ???? combo... meal. That is outrageous! Not only that the waffle fries had a fishy taste and smell to them! It was so disgusting ???? Ididn?t even eat 2 of them! Food quality in general is going down and I will for sure avoid this place next time. It wasunacceptable. The guy working at the drive thru window didn?t understand anything. He sounded rushed and we had to pull aroundthe front and he walked out our food to the car. There was no one behind us, so what were they rushing us for? Made nosense?just sayin?. Read more
10/6/22 Showed up at 8:50 PM and the door was locked. Sign said that dine in was open until 11:00 PM as well. I knocked, but... nobody came to the door, but there was an employee washing tables who I believe must have seen us but didn?t acknowledge (parkedright next to the door with lights shining in). Went to Wendy?s down the road and had a better experience. Read more
Menu showed one price and, I got charged an extra $1.49 for a #9 combo meal. Counter person explained that their menu went up $1... but, could not explain the other $ 0.49 Pay attention to your receipts people Read more

I like Carl's Jr but I'm a dasher and I went in to get a order and they looked understaffed and to top it all off the line cook... they had was on break. When he xame back in he did not stop to wash his hands he went right to the grill and proceeded to preporders. I personally will be avoiding this store I recommend everyone else do the same Read more
The food is good and usually pretty quick. The price is even fair for the amount of food you get. Lower score today because I... asked to sub onion rings for my fries in a meal, and they charged me $3 more for the meal because of it. I understand someupcharge, but the difference between a small fry and an onion ring is only $1.40, how come it's a $3 upcharge in a meal? Theyhad no explanation other than the onion rings are an upcharge. Read more
